How to use:

1. Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, just above the elbow.
2. Make sure the cuff is snug but not too tight.
3. Press the start button.
4. The monitor will automatically inflate the cuff and measure your blood pressure.
5. When the measurement is complete, the monitor will display your blood pressure reading and irregular heartbeat detection (if applicable).

Tips:

• Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a blood pressure measurement.
• Avoid smoking or drinking caffeine for at least 30 minutes before taking a blood pressure measurement.
• Take your blood pressure measurement at the same time each day.
• Record your blood pressure readings in a log so that you can track your trends over time.
