How to use:
- Wash your hands with water.
- Dry your hands with a soft towel.
- Insert a Contour TS test strip into the meter.
- Prick your finger with a lancing device.
- Apply a small drop of blood to the end of the test strip.
- Wait for the meter to beep and display your blood glucose result.
- Remove the test strip from the meter and dispose of it securely.
Safety information:
- Make sure to use a clean, dry test strip.
- Apply a small drop of blood to the end of the test strip within 5 seconds of pricking your finger.
- Do not overfill the test strip.
- Hold the test strip still while the meter is reading your blood glucose level.
- Do not use a test strip that is past its expiration date.
