How to use:

• Wash your hands with water.
• Dry your hands with a soft towel.
• Insert a Contour TS test strip into the meter.
• Prick your finger with a lancing device.
• Apply a small testing drop to the end of the test strip.
• Wait for the meter to beep and display your blood glucose result.

• Remove the test strip from the meter and dispose of it securely.

Safety information:

• Make sure to use a clean, dry test strip.
• Apply the testing drop within a few seconds of pricking your finger.
• Do not overfill the test strip.
• Hold the strip still while the meter is processing the reading.
