How to use:
- Wash your hands with water.
- Dry your hands well.
- Insert a Contour accu chek aviva test strip into the glucometer gently.
- Prick your clean and dried finger with a lancing device.
- Apply a small drop of blood to the end of the contour blue test strip.
- Wait for the meter to beep and display your blood glucose result.
- Remove the test strip from the meter and dispose of it securely.
