Description:
The Siemens Multistix 10 SG urine reagent strip is a rapid in-vitro diagnostic test for the qualitative and semi-quantitative determination of eight parameters in urine. It’s a commonly used tool for healthcare professionals to perform urinalysis at the point of care.

How to use:

1. Remove a strip: Take one strip from the bottle and immediately replace the cap tightly. Do not touch the test pads on the strip.
2. Dip the strip: Fully immerse all the test pads on the strip into the urine sample for 2 seconds. Don’t agitate the strip.
3. Remove and blot: Remove the strip immediately and tap the edge gently against the container rim to remove excess urine. Blot the edge on a paper towel if using with a CLINITEK analyzer.
4. Start the timer (optional): If reading the results visually, start a timer based on the specific test times indicated on the bottle label. Different test pads require different reading times.
5. Read the results: Compare the color of each test pad to the corresponding color chart on the bottle label at the specified time. Record the results.
