How to Use:

• Wash hands with water
• Dry hands with a soft towel
• Insert a Contour Plus test strip into the meter
• Use a lancing device as instructed
• Apply a small sample to the end of the test strip
• Wait for the meter to beep and display the result

• Remove and safely dispose of the used test strip
