How to use:

1. Wash your hands with water.
2. Dry your hands with a soft towel.
3. Insert a Contour Plus test strip into the meter.
4. Prick your finger with a lancing device.
5. Apply a small drop of to the end of the test strip.
6. Wait for the meter to beep and display your glucose result.
7. Remove the test strip from the meter and dispose of it securely.
