Return and Refund policy:
At our website www.healkit.in/uk, we strive to provide high-quality products to our customers. We understand that sometimes returns and refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of our products purchased from our website. The product (s) delivered do not match your order.
Eligibility For Refund
- The product (s) delivered do not match your order;
- Product(s) delivered are past to its expiry date
- The product (s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not to accept any product which has a tampered seal).
- Any wrong ordering of a product doesn’t qualify for Return.
- Return requests arising due to changes in prescription do not qualify for Return.
- The product being returned should only be in its original manufacturer’s packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code, and invoice if the wrong product is delivered.
- Partially consumed products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened products can be returned.
Note: If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same may be returned for a refund. Please note that we cannot do replacement for any products in such cases we will offer a refund.
In the aforesaid unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we’ill be happy to assist and resolve your concern.
We reserve the right to cancel the Return request if the customer reaches out to us after 2 days of delivery.
In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, we have reserve the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by us in this regard.

Certain categories of products marked as non-returnable on the product page, will not qualify for the Return as per Healkit Return policy.

REFUND PROCESS:
In all the above cases, if the claim is found to be valid, the refund will be made as mentioned below:
Orders placed Online will be refunded through a fund transfer to the customer’s bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
