Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At HEALKIT™, we are committed to providing genuine healthcare products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene. As many of our products are medical devices and healthcare consumables, we follow a clear and fair return policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Damaged product received.

  • Defective product received.

  • Product received is different from the item ordered.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and invoice.

  • Photos or an unboxing video may be requested to verify the claim.

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used blood glucose test strips

  • Opened or used CGM sensors

  • Opened or used glucometers

  • Opened or used lancets or other consumable medical products

  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs

  • Clearance, promotional, or special sale items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, convenience fees, and other service charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part.

Important Notice

  • No cancellation request will be accepted after the order has been shipped.

  • Returns are accepted only for wrong, damaged, defective, or mismatched products.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in resalable condition are not eligible for return or refund.

  • HEALKIT™ reserves the right to approve or decline any return request after verifying the reported issue and the condition of the returned product.
