Return and refund policy
At our website healkit, we strive to provide high-quality pharmaceutical products to our customers. We understand that sometimes returns and refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of pharmaceutical products purchased from our website. The product (s) delivered do not match your order.
Eligibility For Return and Refund
- The product (s) delivered do not match your order;
- Product(s) delivered are past to its expiry date (medicines/product with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry).
- The product (s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not to accept any product which has a tampered seal).
- Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Return.
- The batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice.
- Return requests arising due to changes in prescription do not qualify for Return.
- The product being returned should only be in their original manufacturer’s packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code, and invoice.
- Partially consumed products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened products can be returned.
Note: If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same may be returned for a refund. Please note that we cannot do replacement for any products in such cases we will offer a refund.
In the aforesaid unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we’ill be happy to assist and resolve your concern. You may raise a Return request with our customer care within 07 (Seven) days from the delivery date of the product. We reserve the right to cancel the Return request if the customer reaches out to us after 7 days of delivery.
Upon receiving your Return/Refund request, We shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If we find that the request is genuine, then we will initiate the Return and Refund process else we will cancel the request. We shall process the refund only when we will receive the product and get the confirmation from the concerned vendor with respect to the contents of the product relating to that refund.
In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, we have reserved the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by us in this regard.
Category of Non-Returnable Product:
Certain categories of products marked as non-returnable on the product page, will not qualify for the Return as per Healkit Return policy.

RETURN PROCESS:
- For Return intimation, please visit My Account on Healkit Website or alternatively call us at +120-4286454 (Open 9 AM – 6 PM from Monday – Saturday and 10 AM – 5 PM on Sunday). WhatsApp on +91-9599499570
- Healkit customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of receipt of the complaint.
- Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, We will initiate the collection of the product(s) to be returned, Please also note that products less than 500 INR will not be collected by us, it should be delivered by the user only.
- The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
- The refund will be completed within 7 working days from date of reverse pick up (if required).
A refund may take up to 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account. The actual time taken for a refund depends on your payment cycle with your bank.
REFUND PROCESS:
In all the above cases, if the claim is found to be valid, refund will be made as mentioned below:
Orders placed through Online will be refunded through fund transfer to the customer bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer cancellation:
The customer can cancel the order for the product until we shipped it. Once the order gets shipped cannot be cancelled. More email us support@healkit.in

The cash handling charges are 40/- per order for cash-on-delivery ( COD) orders.

- Do not accept the parcel from the courier company if the parcel is tampered or open.
- We have suspended returns for the safety of our customers and delivering agents. We will change our policy as the situation has resolved. thanks for your support and understanding.
- Any Fitness product damaged and broken during working do not comes in any refund and return.

How does Healkit return policy work?
Healkit has a flexible returns policy. We accept returns within 5 days from delivery. We may allow the return of unopened/unused product(s) after deducting a 20% restocking charge. Please note that we do not offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories: Health Monitor & Equipment.
