Key points for the prevention of COVID-19

Maintain Personal Hygiene:

Wash hands frequently with soap and water for 20 seconds or uses an alcohol-based sanitizer. Avoid touching your face, mouth, eyes and nose. Always cough and sneeze into your bent elbow rather than your palms or can cover your face with a handkerchief while coughing and sneezing.

Social Distancing: Maintain a safe distance of at least one meter between you and other people but if anyone who is coughing or sneezing maintain at least 3 feet distance. Avoid unnecessary visits to hospitals and gatherings. Stay home and stay safe.

Seek Medical Advice: See a doctor if you feel unwell (fever, difficult breathing and cough) or you can call State helpline number or Ministry of Health & Family Welfare 24×7 helpline at 011-23978046

Invest in you:  Indulge yourself into the daily practice of Exercise, Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation for at least 30 minutes. You have time to use it wisely.

Proper Hydration:  Stay hydrated, drinking fluids is crucial to staying healthy and maintaining the function of every system in your body, including your heart, brain and muscles.

Boost Immunity:  Eat home-cooked food which is infinitely healthier than processed food. Add Garlic, Ginger, Jeera, Amla, Turmeric, Cinnamon to your daily meal as these support your immune system to function properly against this deadly virus.

Sleep well: Practice good sleep hygiene by fixing the time of sleep and wake up every day at the same time. Your immunity depends largely on the quality of sleep you get and help you recover from illness.

Cook one meal every day if you have never done before, try different recipes, read books & magazines, do paintings, play music, play indoor games (Ludo, chess, snake ladder), Do indoor Gym By fitness tube, play musical instruments and most importantly make your relationships stronger with family by spending time with them. Do meditation for personal growth and self-renewal. So, don’t grudge over time finally you have it.
