The Beurer BM 27 Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is a fully automatic device that measures blood pressure and pulse rate. It features a cuff position control system and an automatic incorrect usage message to help ensure accurate readings.The BM 27 has a large, easy-to-read display and is very easy to use. Simply wrap the cuff around your upper arm, press the start button, and relax. The monitor will automatically inflate the cuff and take your measurement. Once the measurement is complete, the monitor will display your systolic and diastolic blood pressure, as well as your heart rate.

How to use:

Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, just above the elbow. Make sure the cuff is snug but not too tight.
Press the start button. The monitor will automatically inflate the cuff and measure your blood pressure.
Once the measurement is complete, the monitor will display your systolic and diastolic blood pressure, as well as your heart rate.
To save the reading, press the memory button.

Tips for accurate readings:

Sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Rest your arm on a table or other surface so that it is at heart level.
Do not talk or move during the measurement.
Wait at least 30 minutes after eating, drinking, or smoking before taking a measurement.
