- BAND:- Suspension weight training uses a single nylon band popularly known as a suspension trainer.The band comes folded in half and can be mounted on a ceiling/door frame. It has a feature of adjustment, you can make it long/short according to the need.
- MOUNT:- The 2nd thing available in the kit is the mount i.e. a hook, bar, or any other special mount. You can clip it to the suspension band. The mounted anchor will work to hold your bodyweight.
- LOOP/HANDLE:- On each side of the band, there are loops or handles attached so that you can place your arms or legs and form a grip for strength and resistance training.
It is very important to anchor the straps to a secure spot like a heavyweight machine, a door frame, or monkey bars so it holds the bodyweight firmly.
